About IPCE
IPCE is an LPC-accredited law school offering Practical Vocational Training (PVT) for LLB graduates in South Africa. Established in 2012, we prepare candidates for legal practice through structured, exam-aligned programmes.
Yes. IPCE is accredited by the Legal Practice Council (LPC). You can download our accreditation letter on the About page.
Our campus is at B2 House, 8A Tyrwhitt Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg. Programmes are offered on campus and online.

Programmes
The 400 Hour Programme is designed to give a candidate attorney 1 year of articles. After completing the program a candidate will be able to register and write board exams. The 150 Hour Programme is compulsory on candidate attorneys that are serving 2 years of articles. Both programmes are fully online and LPC-accredited. See the 400hr and 150hr pages for full details.
The 150 Hour Programme is delivered fully online via Microsoft Teams. The 400 Hour Programme offers a choice of Online (Microsoft Teams) or On-campus (Rosebank, Johannesburg).

Apply online via our application form. You'll upload your documents and sign digitally — no PDFs to print.
Certified copy of your ID and your LLB certificate or academic transcript. The form will guide you through each upload.
No application fee. You only pay registration once your application is accepted.

Yes. We offer monthly payment plans. Get in touch with our finance team for a tailored schedule.
IPCE is not currently funded by NSFAS. We do work with private student loan providers — contact us for guidance.

Yes. Seminars are open to candidate attorneys, qualified practitioners, and final-year students.
