1. Bank Account
All fees must be paid into the designated IPCE bank account only. IPCE Law School will not accept liability for fees paid into any other bank account.

2. Payment of Fee
The fee must be paid in full by the participant before the course commences.
3. Refund of Fee
3.1 A participant will qualify for a refund only if they cancel attendance in writing at least 15 business days before commencement of the course, and have paid their fees in full.
3.2 The deposit payment of R5 000.00 will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.
3.3 If a participant cancels less than 15 business days prior to the course, they will be liable for payment in full, unless the reason for cancellation is (i) the death of a close family member (with a death certificate), or (ii) a severe medical condition (with a medical certificate).
3.4 Where cancellation is permitted on the grounds above, the participant remains liable for the cost of all material received.
3.5 All refunds must be claimed in writing within 15 business days of cancellation. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the refund.
4. Rescheduling of the Course
4.1 Rescheduling is permitted on a one-time basis only.
4.2 A written application to reschedule must be made at least 20 business days prior to commencement.
4.3 The rescheduled course must be attended within 12 months of the original course.
4.4 Failure to attend within 12 months results in forfeiture of the full course fee.
5. Duplicate Certificates
Replacement certificates are issued at a cost of R100 (VAT inclusive).
6. Termination
IPCE Law School reserves the right to terminate a candidate's participation at any time during the programme.
